The following attorneys have voluntarily agreed to participate in this program. The program is limited to providing "BASIC" estate planning documents (simple will, health care surrogate, power of attorney and living will) to those in need. The documents are not designed to and will not provide tax advice or assist you in lessening the impact of any potential estate tax (federal or state) upon death.
The services are being provided in appreciation of each veteran’s service to our country and protection of our democracy. Each attorney reserves the right to decline to prepare documents on any individual’s behalf without explanation.
If an attorney is not listed for your particular state of residence, we recommend that you contact your county’s Department of Veterans Affairs to locate an attorney who will assist you. We are growing every day and hope to have a participating attorney in your area soon.
