We are dedicated to insuring that every U.S. veteran has “Basic” estate planning documents.  This includes a Last Will and Testament, Power of Attorney, Health Care Directive and Living Will.

 To have a “Basic” estate plan prepared on your behalf you must follow these steps: (i) complete the questionnaire below; (ii) locate a participating attorney in your state of residence (see the “Participating Attorneys” section); and (iii) e-mail the completed questionnaire to the selected participating attorney. 

You will hear back from the selected attorney shortly thereafter.
